Kirjeldus
This small well is located near Tursiannotko (Pirkkala, Finland) where there's been also large archeological excavations. The well itself is just 10 x 18 cm in diameter but tradition tells that they used to give sacrifices into the well. Taivaannaula-community also recently put up a sign here to tell people about this old sacred place. Since the well is so small it was also hard to photograph. I took some "ordinary" documentary photos of this place first but soon started experimenting. The water and the hole was very dark but on the surface you could see reflections of the old trees above. I think this gives the well the impression of a bottomless well or a window to another place.
